We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from ONTHEPLANET. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a refund under the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must initiate the refund request within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories intact. Customized or personalized items, as well as perishable goods, are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please log into your ONTHEPLANET account, navigate to your order history, select the order you wish to return, and follow the prompts to initiate the refund request. You will need to provide a detailed reason for the refund and may be required to upload photos of the item (if it is defective or damaged). Our customer service team will review your request within business days and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Refund Processing Time & Method
Once your refund request is approved, we will arrange for the return of the item (if necessary). After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 15 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to make the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account.
